Omaha Room Rental Wars
Some guy down the street is offering better rental options on craigslist, i’ll have to underbid him. He’s offiering $400 and no lease, no deposit. Thats crap. I’m going with $380 lease and deposit. I don’t see how someone can have neither of those, he must be desparate. I’ll keep dropping my price rather than those options, those cover your ass. Plus, how the hell can you beat 380 all utilities paid, thats freakin cheap. I see people charging 500 and that is crap, but 400 is pretty reasonable i think. not too low not too high. I look at it compared to a studio apt. a sudio apt with all utilities runs someone about 650-700. For loss of some privacies, its worth $300. If its too high it defeats the purpose of not getting a studio. It has to be a clearly better option, because of the “loss of privacy”. Personally, i could care less if I have that loss of privacy, I’ll walk around in boxers in front of anyone, it doesn’t matter to me. I’m so used to brothers and roommates, I haven’t totally acclimated to solo-ness yet.
Props to Ben Franklin for the Public Library System
I have been using the heck out of my local library. Checking out books and yesterday I picked up the 2008 Barron’s LSAT study guide. Of course I have to read them within the time frame alloted or I will be fined, but for the most part purchased books aren’t ever looked at again. I only have a few books that I have purchased that I read more than once.
Comments, Feedback, Criticism?
I have been watching the Google analytics closely for the last week and I haven’t gotten any comments although I have gotten a decent amount of views and drill down clicks (viewing pages within the site). Please leave a comment if you stop by so I have some ideas for growth, change, or even just some cheerleaders!
Readership explosion.
My readership has exploded in the last week. I think this is mostly due to a few things:
-Technorati reference of my reference to Seth Godins posts.
-Visability tools on Feedburner.
-Google analytics, and using this to reference what is working.
Ride a horse to work
Yeah horses. remember those? biodegradable emissions, cheap fuel….. whats the problem? last time i checked you could get a horse for under ten grand. Beyond that it is a lot cooler than a geo metro. And hay is cheap. This isnt a joke.

Holistic approach for Hypo-Thyroid
*Disclaimer* I am not a doctor. But I am under the direction of Dr. James R. Privitera
I have found, for myself, that the combination of selenium, kelp (low dosage iodine), and copper to be the most balanced way for hypothyroid treatment. I have found this to be consistent and with no negative side affects.
