Fruit only for Breakfast & Lunch + a Lunch Car Nap

Here goes: I’m going to try eating only fruit for breakfast and lunch 6 days a week. Which opens up some time over lunch for me to nap in my car which might have a twofold benefit. I’ll get back in a week with the results.

Holistic approach for Hypo-Thyroid

I have found, for myself, that the combination of selenium, kelp (low dosage iodine), and copper to be the most balanced way for hypothyroid treatment. I have found this to be consistent and with no negative side affects.

Natural Prevention and Attack methods for the “Common Cold”

My usual symptoms:

Asthma, Sore throat, Phlegm and runny or stuffed up nose and cough.

Personal regimen:

Colloidal Silver, liquid.

Echanacea Goldenseal complex in dropper bottle form.

Probiotics, such as DanActive.

Non-Natural-

A decongestant, Sudafed (If someone has a natural alternative to this I am willing to try it)
